Jesus once proclaimed to His disciples: “I AM THE WAY, THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE.” ~John 14:6
So, the only way forward in this life is JESUS, the Way Himself.
DAY 18: Today, we are on the way of Jesus when we are as attentive to Jesus’ heart as much as we long for Jesus to attend to ours.
It is only in stillness that there can truly be attentiveness.
God attends to your wants because He never stops attending to you.
God cares about our wants - but He cares about us more, because He wants us closer even more.
If God is not taking us the way of our wants, He is still taking us the way to His heart.
